Question:

On this page you discribe how you get a account on the FAS. But as an Fedora packager I know, that you have to request the membership in the special group if you will work with the cvs.

So it may be nice, if you can extend this page with a description, which group a new contributor have to request and if a sponsor is requires to approve the request.
